All items listed on the Site are vintage or second-hand unless otherwise specified. We do our best to describe and photograph items accurately, but due to the nature of vintage clothing, some signs of wear may be present. Please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateway. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a refund.

6. Shipping

We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Anomaly LX is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of vintage clothing, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or significantly different from the description. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at anomaly.lisbon@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, logos, text, and design, is the property of Anomaly LX and may not be reproduced without our express written permission.
